Darja Donezz was founded in Ukraine in 2014, but its story began much earlier — with a little girl who dreamed of creating beautiful things.

What started as a childhood fascination with drawing, fabrics, and craftsmanship gradually became a profession, a lifelong creative journey, and eventually an independent womenswear brand. From the very beginning, it was never only about clothing. It was about emotion, beauty, and the stories that connect us to ourselves.

Over the years, the brand has evolved through constant experimentation, creative exploration, successes and failures, moments of certainty and moments of doubt. Each collection became a reflection of a particular stage of that journey — shaped by personal experiences, observations, travels, art, and a deep appreciation for femininity in all its forms.

Like many Ukrainian brands, Darja Donezz has also been shaped by the realities of war. Forced displacement, rebuilding, and adapting to a new life brought challenges, but also a renewed understanding of what truly matters: creating with honesty, preserving beauty, and continuing to move forward despite uncertainty.
