We ship worldwide.
Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above €700.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €50 applies.
International orders are shipped from Ukraine via FedEx and typically arrive within 8–12 working days.
Deliveries within Ukraine are handled by Nova Poshta. Shipping costs are paid by the customer upon delivery, according to the carrier’s rates.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination.
Darja Donezz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
Prices do not include international taxes or duties. These are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, please contact us at dariiadonezz@gmail.com, including the reason for your request.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Bodysuits are not eligible for return
- A €50 handling fee applies to all international returns
- Returns within Ukraine are complimentary
RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined and sent back.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative piece, store credit, or a refund.
All other cases are reviewed individually.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, refunds are processed within 14 working days.
A confirmation will be sent to your email once the process is complete.
