Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@donezz.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • undamaged,
  • with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

Please note:

  • Bodysuits are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns within Ukraine are complimentary.
  • A €50 handling fee applies to international returns.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer store credit, an alternative item, or a refund.

All returns are reviewed individually and processed after inspection by our quality control team.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed production defect.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, the parcel may be sent back to the customer.
